Pro-Democracy Organizing

On March 6 several members of FUUN's NOAH Action Team as well as Rev. Charlotte attended a Pro-Democracy Organizing Boot Camp at Millennium Hotel in Nashville. The event was sponsored by Gamaliel and other national organizations to combat growing authoritarianism in our country. We attended workshops that deepened our political education, sharpened our strategies, and deepened our faith-labor-community alignment. On Saturday, we translated the analysis into action through a disciplined, highly visible collective mobilization targeting AT&T who has a multimillion-dollar contract with ICE for communications.
