Board Update - June 18, 2026

At this month’s board meeting, we welcomed Terry O’Neill, our new President-Elect and Suzie Wilcox, our new at-large board member. We did planning for the board retreat. Margy May and Terry addressed the board on behalf of the Governance Committee about the board’s ongoing work of revising policy changes. The current goal is to create solid policies that match the shift in governance structure that we have been accomplishing over the past year. There was some discussion of the upcoming changes to Share the Plate during the last part of the meeting.
