 ng and healing from religious trauma\n\n\nNaming and reframing harmful mes
 sages or patterns\n\n\nIdentifying positive or life-giving experiences tha
 t still support your current beliefs\n\n\nIntegrating your past into a hea
 lthier\, more authentic spiritual path\n\n\nThis series honors both the wo
 unds and the wisdom that can come from religious upbringing. Participants 
 will be encouraged—but not required—to attend all six sessions in orde
 r to gain the full benefit of the program and to help cultivate a consiste
 nt\, supportive group environment.\nLeadershipThis course will be co-led b
 y Rev. Charlotte Arsenault\, Jolyn Emrys\, and a local therapist specializ
 ing in religious trauma within the LGBTQIA+ community\, offering a balance
